It seems ReLaXed needs to run unprivileged containers, which you can allow by running the following command:
$ sudo sysctl kernel.unprivileged_userns_clone=1For a permanent fix, read https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Linux_Containers#Enable_support_to_run_unprivileged_containers_.28optional.29 and set it with sysctl.d
I'd like to keep this issue open until there is some mention of this issue in the "Troubleshooting" guide in the Wiki.
