This is not a bug. You are using UUIDs for playlists, for whatever reason I don't understand. So when you load an auto-playlist in UI, it creates a duplicate with another UUID. I could change it to not behave it like that for Auto-playlists, but thats just the way you have set it.
About the "jumping" bug, it just tries to center the tree at the position associated to the last used playlist. Which you may find it annoying, but that's intentional. Since the manager not only works sorting by name or manually, but with filters, so in some cases it would be much more annoying to just loose the playlist from view. If you don't like it, use manual sort.
