This is a good idea. I think I'll implement it a little differently. Instead of looking for recent kicks/bans and changing player name color display based off of that, it would be better to have a customizable threshold and duration of time which would gradually change the player's name color.

For example, assume the recent infraction threshold is set to 10 and the duration is set to 3 days.

If the player received 0 infractions in the last 3 days, their name color would be unchanged. If they received 10, their name would be red. The redness of the players name will increase as they get closer and closer to that threshold.
