Thank you for the work you must have put into this! Saved me from ads so many times... (Can't quite tell, since I stopped noticing after installing the script+filter ^^ )
However I wondered if you will upload your script to any of the new platforms. Currently there are https://openuserjs.org (which seems to have GitHub integration) and https://greasyfork.org . Since userscripts.org is probably gone for good it would make sense to publish the scripts somewhere else.

Another thing I should probably mention: Your script still contains the old @updateURL and @downloadurl metadata entries. As those URLs aren't accessible anymore, users will not be able to receive any updates. Leaving those sections in there will also break Firefox sync integration as Geasemonkey only synchronizes the downloads URLs between different systems and then downloads the actual scripts locally.

How to fix it:
Either remove those metadata entries entirely (Greasemonkey will then automatically remember the URL from which it downloaded the script originally) or change them both to your script's GitHub raw URL (https://raw.githubusercontent.com/reek/anti-adblock-killer/master/anti-adblock-killer.user.js).

Hmm... both the versions on OpenUserJS.org and GitHub.com give me an error during installation:
Cannot read script: All Gresemonkey scripts must be decoded using utf-8.
The version on greasyfork.org works however.

Did you look at https://monkeyguts.com/ ? It's new and currently has 4 scripts (in total), but unlike the other two platforms it aims to be a drop-in replacement for userscripts.org but with stricter moderation. The page looks decent and the interface for uploading scripts is OK (except for those annoying CAPTCHAs). I'm can definitely understand if you get tired of supporting another platform, but I just wanted to let you know that its there...
