what's the node/npm version? minimal requirement is node 6 and npm 3

I'm note sure why it's throwing Error: Cannot find module 'lru-cache' in node-sass's postinstall hook, seems that module didin't use this.

Solved this by not using sass. Related to Heroku buildpack with sass.
