We're trying to keep react/promise focussed, encouraging creation of helper libraries around it. Examples are clue/php-block-reac or WyriHaximus/TickingPromise. So, feel free to use my code snippet for that, but it is not going to be included into react/promise itself.

Thank you for your response. I got it.

I already using clue/php-block-react in my reactive Cassandra library.

Hi,

you could use a simple retry function which calls a promisor until the returned promise fulfills:

function retry(callable $promisor) {
    return $promisor()
        ->otherwise(function() use ($promisor) {
            return retry($promisor);
        })
    ;
}

$instance = new SomeObject();
retry([$instance, 'method'])->done($onSuccess);

Note, that this will result in an infinite loop if the promise never fulfills :)

Yes, it can solve my task. I'm talking about that helper code like this might need to be included to promise library.
