Documentation example is missing some details about jqbootstrapvalidation HOT 2 OPEN

Thanks for the note Adam, sorry for the confusion. I'm in the process of
rewriting the docs to make things clearer.

The idea of the "it turns this" is just to quickly show the pertinent bits.

I'm loathe to put the entire form in the left section as its a bit
overfacing, but at the same time I'd rather not confuse people.

Do you have any ideas of how this could be handled better? Would the entire
form be more use in the left box?

following is required for the plugin to work:

• novalidate="novalidate" on the tag
• control-group class must be used
• controls class must be used
