Unfortunately I have zero knowledge on Flutter's toolchain 😅

This line looks like an error but it still proceeds?

Can you share ci.py?
Can you share the log of a successful build?
Are you able to do a build (as close to what's in ci.py as possible) locally?

for very long time now, it works without a single issue, self resolved or some update improved it

I’ve been doing some benchmarking on the startup time using recent releases of this action. So I can confirm it’s not a regression on this action. Things have just become slower on the macos VM. The other unlikely cause is a regression in the latest emulator binary. I’ll do some more testing.
