Thanks Kwame; when you find things like this it is really necessary to get the .rsh and .mjs files to debug. Worst case, this is a compiler error. Best case, this is because the account was out of funds.

Hello, I was the community member.
I was running it on a local ethereum network through ganache. All wallets had over 900 ETH, so I don't think it was an issue of running out of gas.
I've documented the issue a bit more within my repository. You can see it in this file:

I didn't have enough time to refine the issue down, but I did a couple of tests which may help.
