Text not rendered after state changed for the first time about lightning HOT 6 CLOSED

Okay. Let's say we have navigational hints. Navigation imports two similar components (Layouts) with different description: Component1 and Component2.
When you first enter this navigation the default item is Component1, and when you switch first time to Component2 - there will be no text, but if you move again to Component1 and back to Component2 it will be rendered.
Note: This behavior happens only with flex. When you remove flex: {} everything will be rendered as it should.
Here's how template look like for both components:
