I didn't have the opportunity to create the unit test, i'm going to have a go at it as soon as i can. I've tried to track down the possible issue this morning and found that a possible solution would be to add a "mysql_stmt_free_result" to bind_result_t's destructor. As far as i can tell it seemed to be an appropriate approach, but i am not confident enough to trust it.

I am at a bit of a loss trying to reproduce the problem. I tried adding a second query execution to test/Select.cpp, which worked just fine.

I added mysql_stmt_free_result to bind_result_t's destructor nonetheless. I don't think it hurts, but as said, I can't tell if it helps.

Please give it a try, I pushed the changes to develop.
