I assume CASino is running in development environment? Otherwise it would not event try to authenticate with your database.
That said, casino-activerecord_authenticator does not support salt values in extra columns for non-bcrypt passwords.
Maybe casino-sql_authlogic_authenticator is a better fit.

Another great thing about formatting is that whitespace errors are immediately visible. See how the spacing is different for that my_company_sql_database? It should not be. Make sure to be consistent with tabs/spaces and make sure it's all formatted correctly.
Fixed the config file and it's still not working? Don't worry! Run the following command and try to login via CLI RAILS_ENV=development bundle exec rake casino:authentication:test. Report back with your results.
