1. Do Agile (Follow the process, but don't resistent to change)
2. Be Agile (Use the Process, and are able to change/redirect as need warrants)
3. DevOps/Automation (Clean up Processes, remove as many manual steps as possible from releasing, while still being safe.)
4. Experimentation (Once Teams are agile, and releasing is easy, then you can experiment, monitor, and improve faster.)
