Hi @dannyyy,
By default, all files in helm charts repository are using LF
line endings.
It looks like your script files have been formatted to CRLF
line-endings while cloning the code using git
.
The git
has a setting that may automatically format your files while cloning to CRLF
line endings:
git config --global core.autocrlf
.
It can be disabled by executing git config --global core.autocrlf false
.
You can verify that by running the command file create-cluster.sh
.
Expected output for the unchanged file:
file create-cluster.sh
>>> create-cluster.sh: Bourne-Again shell script, ASCII text executable
But you'll probably get the following output:
file create-cluster.sh
create-cluster.sh: Bourne-Again shell script, ASCII text executable, with CRLF line terminators
CRLF
line terminators (\r\n
) are being used by Windows, while Unix-based systems use only LF
(\n
).
To revert this, run this command in your terminal on Linux/WSL:
dos2unix create-cluster.sh
dos2unix: converting file create-cluster.sh to Unix format...
If you cannot run the command, you can download the raw file.
