Steps:
- Start the server
- Signup
- Login
- You should see three tabs (see the functions below). This issue expects you to add a help icon on each of these tabs.
My machines -> The machines that are allocated to you.
Free machines -> Machines that are currently not being used.
Other machines -> All the machines which are not free and do not belong to you.

Also, try to put the tooltips code inside the helper.js only.
