goneovim about dotfiles HOT 5 CLOSED

got this going in the issue branch, except the ag fuzzy search. i want to get a nice "git grep foo" thing going where i can find strings in files in nvim v. having the run grep or git grep in a terminal.

ok, so it might be worth forking goneovim (entropy) and removing pretty much all the features except markdown preview and workspace support. the desk plugin was a cool idea, but i'd be patching around vim's design. i got pretty close though.

also, it would be cool to build and "export to pdf" feature into the markdown preview. can probably just shell out to pandoc.

also for fuzzy file/buffer name search, i just went with ctrlp. for fuzzy content search, i want to take a look at https://github.com/mileszs/ack.vim

ok, forked goneovim. now i gotta sort what go and qt versions work. also got full xcode and qt downloaded and installed again.

going to vendor the deps in goneovim with go mod, also want to provide a brew tap, chocolatey package, and a debian package.

also started on windows automation in the windows branch off of this branch. going to manually install goneovim for now and automate the rest.

also, for reference, it's probably a good idea to break desk out on an earlier sha into it's own plugin (lean on nerdtree and ctrlspace; idk maybe fork them too), then archive it all (just for safekeeping).
