That's right. I use cmake from pico sdk and problem is gone. Thank you very much.

It looks like environment variables like PICO_INSTALL_PATH aren't set -- did you launch VS Code from the Pico - Visual Studio Code shortcut?

Just make sure you launch VS Code or the command prompt using the "Pico - ..." shortcuts.
