Survey Results 2019 about cheats.rs HOT 2 CLOSED

Random thoughts from my side:

• Generally happy with the NPS score & feedback, seem to be doing the right thing (although I believe there is positivity bias as people who think it's 'not for them" won't take time to give feedback)
• Relatively large fraction of first time visitors ... would have hoped to have a bit more "stickiness"
• Also would have hoped more people come (back) for guides
• Positively surprised lots of people come to "browse and learn".
• Nobody complained we are confusing or have "too much information". Given that lots of other information was wanted, I'd say it's reasonable to expand the format. Yay.
• Unfortunately, some of the comment weren't helpful because they were just single words. Consider prompting differently next year.
