Slow Parser about railt HOT 4 CLOSED

New tests with phplrt parser v2.0:

Result: 0.0061s (-595%)

from railt.

1. Accelerated initialization time more than 12 times
2. Lexical analysis accelerated more than 3 times
3. Reduced memory consumption by about 2 times
4. Parser accelerated about one and a half to two times

Due to the optimization of the rules of grammar, I can still win in speed, but so far has not worked.

A little bit more I will correct the source code and already will pour the result into the main 1.4.x branch

P.S. Probably still need to invert the list of "transitional" rules. In this case, their size will be reduced.
