This issue is closed, but I installed the app today and got this:
[Exception]
SQLSTATE[42000]: Syntax error or access violation: 1071 Specified key was too long; max key length is 1000 bytes (SQL: alter table contents add unique contents_unique(slug, content_type, lang, publish_date)) (Bindings: array (
))
Any ideas how to fix this?

@mozgis thats strange! can you retry installing again. "Content_unique" is the index key and it is 14 bytes. Can you also check encoding of your database.

Yup it's strange, I tried to reinstall multiple times with different, encodings utf8_general_ci, etc, any ideas, where to look?
