In this issue: jonathanong/heroku-buildpack-ffmpeg-latest#60 someone are reporting that after the stack heroku-22 this module of heroku buildpack doesn't work anymore.
I checked the stack that i'm using Heroku and it's heroku-20.
Please, verify what stack you are using and let me know!
The stack is an attribute of your heroku application, you can find it in the page Settings
