目前env都是自动生成的，请问在哪种情况下需要手动设置env呢？

项目要求数据库的密码不能直接以明文或者k8s的secret文件形式保存，要使用vault组件通过环境变量的方式传递给镜像，对于镜像我们改造过，会根据环境变量去创建数据库用户（密码也不能明文出现在docker镜像中）。因此手动设置env的需求其实是建立在使用自定义的docker镜像的基础上。
