Build Package about flexcv HOT 5 CLOSED

What are the next steps?

• - test across platforms and with different python versions
• - sort config problems regarding isort
• - run pip-compile
• - check content MANIFEST.in
• - test bumpver
• - make a CHANGELOG.md
• - either upload manually
• - or setup workflow for that
• - add coverage and license badge in readme and hide the html table grid

Regarding MANIFEST.in there is not a general need for the file.
But we can use it to include files that are not .py files.
