Dr. Screen is a device that regulates healthy computer screen usage by taking in real-time data from an eye level distance sensor, a screen light intensity sensor, and a timer. It sends live alerts to an active computer user whenever the user’s screen usage goes against recommended practices advised by health professionals.

In this project, an examination will be conducted to see if the legalization of recreational marijuana has an impact on the consumption of marijuana as well as other substances, including alcohol and tobacco. We will consider using a regression discontinuity design and difference-in-difference model to examine the effect of recreational marijuana legislation on the usage of these substances.
