Hi again @esanzgar!

cwl-ts currently only accepts fully resolved documents, so it doesn't know how to make sense of $graph directives. You could resolve the JSON manually for the sake of loading it into the model, which is a pain.

The Rabix Composer at one point implemented some kind of $graph resolution but it was ultimately disabled because full support wasn't a priority and would require changes to the UI (prompting the user to enter an entry point, as you've said for "#main") as well as keeping extensive metadata so the workflow could be serialized as a $graph again after being edited with the GUI.
