after tested, the issue-fielda are USERID and APPROVALTYPE which is the same data type-NUMBER(int)

some info about SPL int64 data types and Oracle databases:

@feng5 You may want to try this again with the current master, we have switched to using nanodbc which from a cursory check looks to support the SQL_C_SBIGINT datatype, so this may now work.
Also this package is very much still a work in progress and is still very unstable, so you test it at your own risk!
