nqModal is directive, not option. Namely, it is not required to be set.

i mean i want to send different object to template each time. as angularstrap's $modal, is it possible to programmatically send a a custom scope ?

This is source code of modal directive. You can create your own directive, your own factory also your own scope how you want. There is no restriction.
