In several cases fields are not cleared when a form is submitted.

When GETing a list of quizzes, the getAvailableQuizzes function gets ownedOrShared and public separately, then appends them. This means that public quizzes, if the user also owns them, show up twice in the list. Can be fixed by making ownedOrShared and public into the same filter.

Because AJAX summary data is sent as a string and not as a form textarea, it is not run through the unTextarea function. Need to create a function to do the same to a string.
