@natashawatkins I had asked on July 19. I will follow up on this.
In the meantime I checked mybinder
and they don't actually have a terms of service etc. I think we just need the basics like 1. don't post copyrighted material, 2. your notebooks may be removed if deemed inappropriate etc.

Let's put up something basic, then, as @mmcky suggests, and wait for the response from NumFOCUS --- at which point we can make it more comprehensive.
Why don't we also put a statement saying that all notebooks published on the site are considered to be released under BSD-3 (or MIT)?
