MathJax should be rendering now. I just included the MathJax script in the header for the page instead of relying on the rendered HTML to include it.
However, this doesn't fix some other issues with other important JS being sanitized. I'm still looking for a solution to that problem.

MathJax not rendering in some cells

MathJax is currently not rendering on the Submission Preview page ('/submit/preview'), but does after the notebook is submitted ('/notebook/:notebookID')

Didn't set MathJax to be active via JS on the Submission Preview page. Fixed in commit a92ff3a
