Open question: how easy to we want to make it for users to change submitted notebooks?
The advantages are obvious.
This disadvantages are:

People may want to cite submissions to QELib from within journal articles. This seems likely if the site is successful. But cites are generally understood to be references to static objects.

Comments below notebooks become out of sync with content.
