Can you run eclipse from the command line and see if there is a stacktrace?

Thank you for your reply.

I found the problem. It seems that there was a syntax error in my code that 
created this problem. Don't know why it didn't come up as a compile error, but 
now it is fixed anyway. I haven't been able to find how to close this issue 
though.

I think there are some new errors being reported from the compiler that don't 
follow the past standard format.  I need to reproduce it, but I need code that 
generates the error.

I see. Well the code I used was the Hello, world!-example in the "Getting 
started"-wikipage. The difference is that I used curly braces "{", instead of 
regular parenthesis "(" in the import.
