OSX: Contracts not saved in the state about qtum HOT 5 CLOSED

This is probably something from my staker changes. What's the code for this contracT?

The contract has no constructor, so the code does not matter:

I can't reproduce this on my Linux dev box. I was temporarily able to reproduce it on my OSX machine though. Make sure to recompile (using autogen.sh) cpp-ethereum and make sure to pull down all the latest commits for the submodule. I think that might have something to do with it.

Can only reproduce this on OSX, so it's an OSX only bug
