PyPI version (0.8.3) is outdated about pythonjs HOT 8 OPEN

I removed 'wontfix' label and edited the title. Update PyPI version would definitely do good.

I vote for this issue (if votes mean anything to PythonJS community).

Most project makers rely only on those packages which are in PyPI and so do I.
So, if it is critical for a community to let PythonJS users use the latest stable version - I think it must be in PyPI.

Adding something like release checklist to developer docs (README.md) may
help to speed up the process, but no promises. =)

I'm a bit confused with PythonJS's project ownership/creator(s) ? Is there a discussion or something to read somewhere in order to understand the history of the project ?
