Note: pyslurm works fine regardless of the undefined symbol error

Ok, I thought it failed to build and function :) I will look to build a VM machine with Debian-6.0.7 to try and replicate the error message. Can you forward me your slurm.conf as well please.

My default debian-6.0.7 does not have Slurm-2.5.6 from the repo only an older version. When I build Slurm-2.5.6 from source, Cython-0.19 I do not see the error.

it appears it was indeed a bug in SLURM and is being addressed here:

Thanks for the update ! I saw the Slurm github message, looks like Danny is on the case. Strange how I didn't get that message in my tests. I will clean up the build area and retry just to make sure.
