rr-ttl-min=600会导致缓存ttl=600。
我记得它只对缓存起作用，不确定

我还有一个不明白的，有的上游会私自改ttl，就是说不同上游相同域名得到的ttl可能会不一样，这个时候smartdns取哪个ttl啊

不应该私自改ttl啊，ttl应该由域名所有者自主决定（所以我是不主张改ttl的）。
但是，假设一个dns服务器拿到某个域名的ttl=600并缓存，那么在10秒后应该从缓存取结果并给下游应答ttl=590。
min和max是个区间，结果超过这个区间了才会改

我自己试出来了，结论：没影响
first-ping第一次会下发一个3秒ttl的，无论你最小ttl和ttl设置多少，都3s。至于不同上游dns同一域名给的ttl不一致问题，我觉得不重要…
