我先上个厕所
- 你用doggo测试没带edns-subnet，阿里的结果会有所不同（另外谷歌好像无视edns）
- 你到谷歌191ms，这个通讯如果太慢，会被丢弃
- 至于多上游结果合并，response-mode first-ping在首次应答时只会考虑最快应答的上游（即阿里）

返回多IP的一个规则是，这些IP的ping速度相差不大，如果差别比较大，那只会返回最快的一个。
你可以ping那几个IP看看。
