Optionally echo commands executed about invoke HOT 2 CLOSED

At the very least we need some sort of global option (which is another problem) such that run knows to do this printing. I think we could potentially do something like bolding or colorizing to make it stand out from the actual stdout/stderr; maybe even do some other shit like === command here lol ==== -- tho I think bold works best.

Re: activating this behavior, I reckon I could make it a kwarg, then do something hilarious at runtime such that if the CLI option is given, patch like runner.run = partial(runner.run, echo=True). Not sure how well that would actually work (it would make a partial object, not a real function, etc) but it's either stupid or an excellent application of FP. 😀
