Trade off time from the python intro notebook to the dynamics intro notebook

If you want to remove stuff from notebook 0 then tag the current commit as MASB and then start editing for the PyCON version. Skip over all basic python intro. Go faster through numpy/scipy/sympy intro. Sympy may be the most unfamiliar.

We flew through the inertia, forces and control notebooks at MASB. Let's move fast through the inertia and forces one.
Drop control notebook if we are rushed for time. Just tell students that you can do it and show viz.
Obinna may add a free form problem in case we have a lot of extra time.

@campanawanna I added the tag "MASB2014" for the version we used there. I think you will get it next time you pull down master or you have to do git pull --tags.

I noticed that in the visualization notebook exercise that students need reference to the main diagram. Maybe we should put that diagram in that notebook.
