In general pydantic-settigns initializes your settings model once with your provided data(via env, dotenv file, secrets file, ...). So, you can load your secrets and pass them to your settings model. then with every access to the property, it will use the stored value.
You can probably use computed_field for the fields that you want to load them from AWS
from pydantic-settings.
