Could you please verify if the same stuff occurs on basic sheet?
Which spell are you using?
Which tidy5e sheet version are you using on which foundry version?
Dnd5e 2.2?
It might be an issue of you losing charges in an item since you consume 7 charges on Mass Heal spell -> other than issues with "scroll" going up it seems to be working fine for me.

Could you please lower the "consumption" of charges on the spell, and then try and cast any spell and see if only the number of charges left lowers or all the spells disappear?

When I lower the charges and cast a spell it deducts the correct amount, but all the spells disappear.

Should be fixed in 1.2.2, not closing it yet, could anyone please confirm if that works correctly now?
