Hi @AaronFriel! You can use first-class providers for this, each configured with its own project. I just noticed we don't have an example, for this - I'll try to add one in the near future.

As a workaround you can create an instance ofgcp.Provider and pass a separate project. You can then pass that provider as part of the CustomResourceOptions bag when you create the actual resource and it will use that configuration (vs what you had set with the gcp:* configuration values)

There are some docs on this at https://pulumi.io/reference/programming-model.html#providers, and new gcp.Provider is mentioned as part of the docs on how to configure the GCP provider at https://pulumi.io/quickstart/gcp/index.html#configuration.
