The style seems to be copied from http://preview.themeforest.net/item/basix-admin-vuejs-bootstrap-admin-dashboard-template/full_screen_preview/20838455 GPL is viral license and doesn't allow to re-license under different license so unfortunately this whole theme is also under GPL and thus unstable for commercial use.
Or do the guys at @jeweltheme allow re-licensing under MIT for this particular theme or the whole repo is just a slightly modified source of their original theme which they are selling on themforest
