/maps should validate lat: and lon: tags, or validate at map save about plots2 HOT 3 CLOSED

This is related to the optimization of that page... pls hold, i hope to
resolve it today but i don't know that a 24 second load time is better
than a blank map :-/

Actually it turns out this was unrelated; it resulted from a map (http://publiclab.org/map/banff-skate-park-banff-alberta-canada/04-24-2014) which did not have a longitude specified. There might've been a typo, or a failed validation, or a space or something, but it did not have a longitude, and this broke the whole main map.

Reopening and adding a need for some validation at save-time, or at display-time if we want to be messy.
