Now crosshair check
can take a single filename, or a fully qualified module, class, or function name.
crosshair watch
only operates on filesystem-like specifiers (since it has to watch them!). But supports both directories and filenames.
It still might be nice to let crosshair check
handle directories too. Note that there may be some ambiguous (directory vs module name) arguments though? ".foo" etc?

crosshair check
now handles directories (re ambiguity, if the target resolves to a file or directory, it's used that way).
I think that about covers what I'm expecting to do with this!
