[Question] using noto Sans for Chinese Japanese Characters? about troika HOT 9 CLOSED

Non-Latin characters should work if they're included in the font file, yes, though it won't do any advanced layout (left-to-right only).

Cyrillic and Vietnamese seem to work fine for me using that .woff file you linked to:

yes it works but i can only use one woff or is there a way to combining the Japanese woff and the latin, Cyrillic woff?

Oh I see, so you want to be able to specify a list of font files and have it pick individual characters from whichever of those files contains them? That seems like a reasonable feature, but not supported at the moment.

In the meantime I would imagine you could create a combined font file with existing font editor tools.
