Overlay images are incorrectly sized about augraphy HOT 4 CLOSED

Thanks for pointing this out, i guess the new size is zero in this case. I will check and fix it again later.

In OverlayBuilder, this code:

# resize new_foreground to cropped background size
  if self.overlay_types != "mix":
    new_foreground = cv2.resize(new_foreground, (base_x, base_y), interpolation=cv2.INTER_AREA)

can throw the following errors:

E  cv2.error: OpenCV(4.5.5) /io/opencv/modules/imgproc/src/resize.cpp:4055:
    error: (-215:Assertion failed
      inv_scale_x > 0 in function 'resize'

or

E  cv2.error: OpenCV(4.5.5) /io/opencv/modules/imgproc/src/resize.cpp:4052:
    error: (-215:Assertion failed)
     !ssize.empty() in function 'resize'

Could you show me how to reproduce the error? At this point i'm still not able to reproduce the issue from my end, and hence not able to resolve the issue effectively.

If you clone my augraphy fork, you can run pytest which will use the new archetype pipeline tests. These errors appear during the pipelines

I tried but looks like couldn't reproduce the issue. Anyway, i include a fix here sparkfish#155, please try again and see whether the problem persists. Thanks.
