even though it doesn't roll of the tongue, I am for consistency with other SUL-authored blacklight gems....blacklight_spotlight

blacklight_spotlight (or, really, blacklight-spotlight, right?) might be better for branding too.. and in most contexts, we can probably just call it spotlight.
