想要加密透明，肯定是用LUKS做全卷加密。这个在安装Ubuntu的时候就有选项，启用磁盘加密并设好密码就可以了。

同步的工具就多了，楼上的 rsync，BT Sync，Unison，Git Annex，甚至 Dropbox，各有优劣。看自己的投入去选吧。

谢谢两位解答。我想采用LUKS创建虚拟加密盘，然后想通过网盘同步的方式同步加密盘。请问有没有方便的解决方法？ 我已经知道，dropbox支持增量同步。
