Is there a way to use setCustomGenome without URL? about igvr HOT 2 OPEN

The best way - the only way I have used - is to set up a local webserver.
This is necessary because igv.js assumes there will be an https webserver to provide the genome, the genome index, annotation, and maybe cytoband and chromosome alias files as well.

My mistake: i no longer maintain this repo (PriceLab/igvR). Please instead use https://github.com/paul-shannon/igvR
